- Promotional Prices: Promotional and sale prices are valid only for the specified promotional period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.
- Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer or household. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
- Currency: For international orders, prices will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Orbfit is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Orbfit Gift Cards. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team at support@orbfit.com.
- Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
- Orbfit reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available carriers are displayed at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $99. Threshold and availability are subject to change.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Orbfit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Orbfit purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and personalised/customised items are non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift card refunds are credited to an Orbfit store credit balance.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to Terms
Orbfit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by:
- Sending an email notification to registered account holders.
- Displaying a prominent notice on our website for at least 14 days before changes take effect.
