Didn't like your Orbfit look? No worries — you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery, free of charge for exchanges. We want you to love your look.

Combo Offer, Cart Offer & Refund Policy

For orders placed under any combo offer, cart offer, bundle discount, or promotional deal (Buy 2, Buy 3, cart-value discounts, and similar), the discounted pricing applies only while every offer condition is fulfilled and retained by you.

If you return one or more products from such an order and the offer conditions are no longer met, the promotional discount is voided. In that case:

• The returned product's refund is recalculated after removing the applicable offer or discount.
• Products you keep are charged at the regular selling price on the website — without offer benefits.
• The final refund amount is adjusted after revising the order value based on standard pricing.

This applies to all combo offers, cart-based offers, bundle discounts, and promotional schemes on the website.

Need to Exchange for Something Else?

Exchanging is easy. Choose a new item you love. If it's more expensive, simply pay the difference at checkout. If it's less expensive, we'll send you a gift card for the remaining amount.

Return / Exchange Procedure

Return or exchange your Orbfit buys in 6 easy steps, within 7 days of delivery:

1. 01 Visit orbfit.in
2. 02 Log in to your account and go to the "Return/Exchange" tab
3. 03 Enter the email or phone number used on the order
4. 04 Select the order you want to return or exchange
5. 05 Choose your reason and click "Proceed"
6. 06 Double-check your pickup and shipping details — edit them if needed

That's it — we'll take care of the rest for a smooth return or exchange experience.

Important Notes

• Our exchange policy is currently applicable only within India.
• To process and approve your request, we may require clear photographs of the product for verification.
• If an incorrect quantity was delivered, an unboxing video is mandatory to investigate the request. Insufficient-quantity claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Submit your refund or exchange request using the link above.

Defective / Damaged Product

Don't fret — fashion mishaps happen. Just shoot us a message on WhatsApp with some pics or an unboxing video of the product, and we'll get a brand new one on its way to you ASAP. We want you feeling 100% confident in your Orbfit look.

No Return Policy — "NORETURN" Coupon Orders

Products purchased using the "NORETURN" coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

• Only size exchange is allowed for these orders.
• Exchanges are subject to size availability at the time of request.
• If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed.

Price Difference (Exchange Upgrade)

• You may exchange for a higher-value product by paying the price difference.
• Exchange to a lower-value product is not permitted.
